Special Areas of Interest
Treatment Style & Approach
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that combines modalities such as herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, homeopathy, flower essences, functional medicine and lifestyle counselling.
Rachael takes a personalised and gentle approach, using tools like the Qest4 BioResonance System and reviewing recent blood tests where possible. She may also recommend functional medical testing such as CoBiome and Nutripath Microbiome, DNA screens, MTHFR, SIBO Breath, Mycotoxin, and OAT Salivary Hormone testing.
Her evidence-based therapies focus on dietary modification, nutritional supplementation, and herbal medicine. During initial consultations, Rachael takes a comprehensive case history, exploring physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health. Each patient receives a personalised prescription and treatment plan, with follow-up sessions used to review progress, discuss results, and adjust treatment as needed.
Values & Philosophy
Rachael is passionate about what she does as she has seen true and lasting change in the quality of her patients' lives over the years. Rachael is confident that Naturopathy is an exceptional healing modality that blends the wisdom of nature with contemporary science and evidence-based medicine.
Rachael's approach begins with a conversation about your health. Together, you will formulate a plan to uncover the cause of your health concerns, and a pathway forward to help you back to your best self.
