1. Emotional Release
Breathwork activates the sympathetic (Fight/Flight/Freeze) nervous system, 'opening the door' to things we have suppressed or repressed. When we are able to feel these emotions in full AND be present with them, the energy of them is able to pass through us and find resolution.
